-The group rate is $229 per night plus tax for a room with 1-king bed and sofa sleeper, and $249 per night for 2-queen beds with a sofa sleeper.

- Hotel cannot guarantee early check-in for any wedding guests, including the bride and groom. If a guest will need to get into a room prior to 3:00 pm CST on the day of their arrival, the hotel strongly suggests they arrange their stay to arrive the night before to ensure they have a room available for early check-in the day of the event.

- A credit card will be required to guarantee reservations.

- Hotel will ask for a credit card upon arrival.

- Debit card holders: Upon arrival, if you present a debit card at check-in, please be aware that there will be an authorization for your incidentals at check-in. If you anticipate any issues with your debit card, the hotel suggests using a credit card upon check-in.

- Cancellation policy is 48-hours prior to your day of arrival.

- Reservations must be booked by 07/15/2024 to guarantee room preference. Reservations may be taken after the cut-off date, but the group rates and the room preference are no longer available.

- The hotel is 100% nonsmoking. There is a $250 cleaning fee for smoking in the rooms.

-The hotel features complimentary WIFI so your guests can stay connected, a 24-hour fitness center so they can keep up with their regular workout routines and BlockOne onsite bar and bistro for local beers, cocktails and lunch or dinner in between the activities you have planned. Complimentary hot breakfast buffet is available to all guests!
